1FIT helps you to stay accountable to your long-term success from your smartphone anytime, anywhere.WHO CAN USE THE APP: 1FIT is only for clients of online fitness coaches.

It is only for clients; if you’re a client, ask your coach to be onboarded so you can log into the app.
We also collect health data that you choose to submit in app for the purposes of surfacing a complete set of data to your coach.
